The following ten communities and hospitals were selected to participate in the community safety net assessment and hospital Learning Network.
Atlanta, Georgia

Grady Memorial Hospital is a 528 bed, public hospital that provides Level I trauma services to residents of Fulton and DeKalb counties. The hospital is a major affiliate of the Emory and Morehouse Schools of Medicine, and is the sole public hospital for the metropolitan Atlanta area.
